This full sized Bok Choy variety has white stems and green leaves. Delicious on all fronts, it's a favorite among our customers. The leaves and stalks are crisp and the flavor is a cross between spinach and mild cabbage. It can be eaten raw in salads, but is best when briefly cooked.
